Larissa Mangan Brothers
Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certified Mindfulness Mentor
Energy Reader + Psychic Intuitive
Usui Reiki Master
Death Doula

Larissa began exploring mindfulness meditation in her mid-20s as a way to explore a deeper connection with her higher self. A friend fortuitously guided her to Tara Brach’s weekly gathering of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) and she quickly immersed herself in the “sangha” (which is the Pali word for a gathering of Buddhist spiritual friends).

In 2021 she became a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, which reunited her with her primary teachers, Tara Brach, and Jack Kornfield. The following year she became a certified Mindfulness Mentor through the same organization. She offers ongoing training in mindful self-compassion, which she believes is the most important self-care work we can do for ourselves in this lifetime.

Larissa’s passion for the quantum study of energy work led her to become a Usui Reiki Master in 2018. Delving deeper into the unknown also led her to death doula training with the International End-of-Life Doula Association. She currently hosts “Death over Dinner” gatherings in her home, as a way to facilitate important and vulnerable discussions about what we want both from life and during its close.

Most recently, Larissa has been practicing connecting with spirit guides, ancestral guides, and other energetic allies to bring valuable, loving connections between dimensions.

She is the president of her intentional community in Snohomish County, Washington, which is located along the flight path of one of the largest and most mesmerizing crow communities in the Pacific Northwest. She lives with her beloved husband and their 12-year-old son.
